Adriana Soto is the first Mexican brand of handcrafted and tailor made luxury shoes.
It is the sum of innovation and mastery of artisanal fur techniques, in the design
and function of traditional footwear. Emblematic details and personalized attention
make Adriana Soto shoes a true experience of unique and unrepeatable luxury.
Adriana studied at the Universidad IberoAmericana in Mexico City, where she obtained her degree in Industrial Design. She travelled to Milan where she earned a Masters Degree in “Fashion Marketing” from the famous Instituto Marangoni, followed by a Masters Degree in New York, in “The Art of Traditional Shoemaking” taught by the Italian College of Ars Suttoria.
In 2004, she began her career as a shoe designer, as well as a supplier for different Mexican firms.
Her career has been recognized with several awards including "2012 Shoe Designer" by Fashion Group International Mexico. Adriana was also invited to join the panel of fashion analysts for The Oscars in 2013. In 2013, her shoes were showcased in New York Fashion Week with the designer Angel Sanchez and again at MBFW 2017 where she collaborated with the Mexican firm Pineda Covalin. Celebrities such as Sebastian Rulli, Alejandra Guzmán, Max Villegas, Chema Torre, Katy Perry, Alessandra Rosaldo, Belinda and Jimena Navarrete, among others, have shown off her shoes. In 2010, Adriana began to create tailor-made shoes for men, with a brand that bears her name, Adriana Soto.
The tailor-made shoemaking process is carried out in three sessions. The first is where the client’s measurements are meticulously taken in order to achieve the perfect fit. The client chooses the model, material and color of the soles, among many other particularities that make a shoe unique. The second part is where we conduct fitting trials, and in the third part, the final delivery takes place. The complete process takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks.
