1. Purchase Policy

  • Ordering Process: Clients may place their orders directly at Casa Adriana Soto, located in Polanco, or by scheduling an appointment through our website: https://adrianasoto.com.mx. An expert will guide you through the options and take precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

  • Payment: Full payment (100%) is required at the time of ordering. The design and crafting process begins once the payment is processed, following the client’s specific requirements.

  • Design Changes: Clients may request design changes within a 2-week period after placing the order, subject to technical feasibility and potential additional costs.

2. Production & Delivery Policy

  • Production Time: Since our shoes are handcrafted and personalized, production times may vary, especially for special requests. Our standard delivery promise is 8 to 10 weeks. For special cases, an estimated timeframe will be provided upon the final definition of the design.

3. Warranty Policy

  • Fit Guarantee: We strive to ensure a perfect fit based on the client’s measurements and foot conditions. If the shoes do not fit correctly, we will perform the necessary adjustments or alterations at no additional cost.

  • Defects and Damages: If manufacturing or quality defects are found within 3 months of delivery, we offer free repair services (subject to a detailed evaluation).

  • Proper Use: This warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Guidelines for proper shoe care will be provided upon delivery.

4. Return Policy

  • Returns: Given the personalized nature of our footwear, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be issued for the amount paid.
